La Maison de la francophonie de Vancouver offers 2 meeting rooms with the following maximum capacities, services and rates:

• Conference Room: 30 people (Wi-Fi, large screen TV for video projection, PC and Mac connection, microphone, whiteboard), $20/hour;
  – Available Monday to Friday 4pm to midnight and Saturday to Sunday 8am to midnight.
• Meeting Room 227: 12 people (Wi-Fi, video projector, whiteboard), $ 15/hour.
  – Available everyday 8am to midnight.

For the two rooms, several configurations are possible.
A catering service is available with Salade de Fruits Café which is located in la Maison de la francophonie.
An additional fee of $ 15 may be charged for cleaning purposes.
